Course overview
This evidence-informed two-hour course examines the anatomy, biomechanics, and pathophysiology of acute facet-mediated wry neck, with emphasis on synovial inflammation, meniscoid entrapment, and intra-articular pathology. Participants will develop a practical differential diagnosis, recognize serious competing disorders, and learn patient-centered management strategies, including appropriate application of high-velocity, low-amplitude (HVLA) spinal manipulation, informed consent, and evidence-based clinical decision-making
