In a case-based grand rounds format, this lecture discusses the clinical presentation, diagnosis, and management of neuro-ophthalmic disorders presenting in a medical-surgical eye care practice. Conditions include ocular myasthenia gravis, cranial nerve 6 palsy, cranial nerve 4 palsy, temporal arteritis, non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, acute retinal ischemia, internuclear ophthalmoplegia, compressive optic neuropathy, and optic papillitis.
