Course overview

Explain the role of rhinoscopy and modern approaches to the diagnosis and managementof upper airway disorders, including chronic rhinosinusitis, laryngopharyngeal reflux, andsleep-related breathing disorders. Review the differential diagnosis, phenotypes, andcontemporary management of chronic cough, occupational asthma, obesity-associatedasthma, and eosinophilic COPD. Discuss emerging concepts and future directions inasthma care, including precision medicine approaches and advances in allergenimmunotherapy. Identify the diagnosis and management of drug allergy, mold allergy, chronic urticaria, anaphylaxis, and conditions that mimic allergic disease. Describe current and emerging approaches to allergen immunotherapy, including novel administration strategies and international perspectives. Recognize the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of eosinophilic esophagitis, mast cell disorders, and food-related adverse reactions. Describe the relationship between atopy and immunodeficiency and evaluate the diagnosis and management of primary immunodeficiency and autoinflammatory disorders. Differentiate atopic dermatitis from other inflammatory skin disorders and review current therapeutic approaches for atopic dermatitis. Summarize advances in theevaluation and management of complex allergic and immunologic diseases across therespiratory, gastrointestinal, cutaneous, and immune systems.
