Identify the joints of the lumbopelvic spine and describe the articular features of the sacroiliac joint. Describe the muscular sections, ligaments, and foramina of the diaphragm relative to the lumbopelvic spine. Identify the origins, insertions, and structural relationships of the abdominal and anterior thigh muscles. Describe the neural anatomy of the lumbopelvic region including the spinal cord, lumbar plexus, and sacral plexus. Explain the functional anatomy of the lumbopelvic spine and its role in spinal rigidity, plasticity, and curvature. Describe the biomechanics of the intervertebral, lumbosacral, and sacroiliac joints during flexion, extension, and rotation.
