Fall Prevention in Older Adult--A Case Study

0202-9999-26-258-H01-P This interactive BCGP case study will provide pharmacists with the opportunity to apply knowledge related to use and management of pharmacotherapy to reduce the risk of falls in older adults. Pharmacists will work through interventions related to appropriate drug therapy selection in a patient with a history of falls and construct a plan to optimize drug therapy and monitor for therapeutic outcomes.
