0202-9999-26-252-H08-P This interactive BCGP recertification case study will provide pharmacists with the opportunity to apply knowledge related to management of pain at end of life. Pharmacists will work through a stepwise process related to appropriate drug therapy selection in a patient at end of life and construct a plan to optimize drug therapy and monitor for therapeutic outcomes.
