Learn moreCourse overview
Judicial work carries real costs. Exposure to trauma, high stakes decisions, heavy dockets, and the expectation of stoicism combine over time to affect well being, judgment, and sustainability. This workshop opens by naming why tending to that reality matters, then moves quickly into practical ground: recognizing vicarious trauma and burnout, and building concrete skills for debriefing and self regulation after escalated courtroom episodes. The tone throughout is collegial and practical, not clinical. This webinar is offered in recognition of the United Nations International Day on Judicial Well Being and in partnership with the State Court Administrative Offices Behavioral Health Administrator
