This focused training centers on the ethics of secondary (vicarious) trauma for therapists exploring professional responsibility to recognize, prevent, and address trauma exposure in clinical work while maintaining client welfare and confidentiality. Participants will learn practical self-care, boundary-setting, emotion regulation, and peer-support skills to sustain resilience, reduce burnout, and uphold ethical practice.
