Many hospice deaths impact children and teens; understanding how to handle developmentally appropriate conversations about grief and loss with them is vital. These conversations include both supporting them during anticipatory grief before a loss, as well as helping them after a loss. Join Debra Albo-Steiger and Julissa Reynoso from the Children's Bereavement Center who will debunk common myths about grief and young people, as well as discuss how to utilize community and online resources for additional support after both anticipated and sudden deaths.
