ETHICAL AND LEGAL BEHAVIOR

Course overview

This 1 hour instructor led DVD program is designed for agencies to train their employees. This course teaches home care providers about ethics and integrity in home care and offers instruction on how home care providers can avoid liability issues. Upon completion of this program, the participant will: understand the definition of ethical and legal behavior; learn how ethical and legal behavior relates to home care provider roles and responsibilities; understand what liability means; learn how to protect against liability issues; recognize how to communicate respectfully with older adults.
