INTRODUCTION TO HOME CARE

Course overview

This 1 hour program is designed for agencies to train their employees and teaches home care providers about important aspects of the field of home care describing skills and behaviors that are necessary for success on the job. Upon completion of this program, the participant will understand: essential aspects of the home care field; the home care team and its members; the care plan and how to fulfill it; the importance of good observation, reporting and documentation skills.
