Course overview

This hands-on event will give participants an overview of basic understanding of kinesiology taping and how to utilize it. We will discuss the history, how the tape works, basic application strategies, recommended supplies, contraindications, assessment, and specific application techniques. Lab opportunities and discussions will allow participants to experience the use of kinesiology tape to address patient specific needs and to improve outcomes in a variety of conditions.
