Course overview

This virtual educational session will provide an overview of emerging and practical topics in HIV care. Dr. Villanueva will present on the use of artificial intelligence in medicine, highlighting real world HIV patient scenarios and considerations for clinical practice. Anne Behr will review long acting injectable antiretroviral therapy, including patient selection, implementation, and adherence considerations. Dr. Guilfoose will present on Hepatitis and HIV. This activity is designed for nurses and other healthcare professionals involved in HIV care. Participants who attend the full session and complete all required evaluations will be eligible to receive nursing continuing education credit or a certificate of attendance, as applicable.
