Tracking # 20-1394837
Course overview
Built on Arizona Administrative Code R9-10-810, this three-hour course gives assisted living staff a deep, practical command of resident rights: the manager's duty to deliver rights in writing at acceptance; the eleven acts a resident must be free from abuse, neglect, exploitation, restraint, seclusion, retaliation, and misappropriation of property; the information, consent, and 30-day notice rules for directives, photos, records, relocation, and rates; and the ten enumerated rights covering non-discrimination, individuality, privacy, personal items, activities, records access, referral, provider choice, service-plan participation, and advocacy.
