Course overview

This course highlights some of the important retinal findings we may encounter that are associated with systemic diseases. Management tips, both ocular and systemic, are provided to help the primary care optometrist co-manage these patients with other health care providers, including primary care physicians and internists. Further when and what additional tests should be ordered, such as lab work or imaging, is emphasized.
