SUPERVISING OTHERS
Tracking # 20-430615
Course overview
Supervising others in the workplace is never simple. All workers have distinct personalities and respond to different types of leadership. Some managers have more authoritarian leadership styles, while others are more laissez-faire in their handling of employees. Supervising others typically requires some type of balance between the two extremes. Regardless of your leadership style, supervising others requires that you establish some type of relationship with those who report to you. This course discusses successful techniques for supervising others.
