Course overview

Journey Into the MATRIX 3-day Intensive is a hands-on massage workshop centered on understanding the fascial system from surface to deep, head to toe. You'll spend your time learning to feel and distinguish the layers of the fascial system with your hands. The heart of the intensive is tactile literacy: identifying skin, superficial fascia, deep fascia, muscle, and bone by touch, and understanding how each layer responds under your hands at the table in each massage.
