Course overview

Determining the iridocorneal angle status is critical in the diagnosis of glaucoma. While gonioscopy is still the gold standard method and the most efficient way of visualizing and grading the angle, both ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM) and anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) can offer helpful quantitative assessment in more challenging eyes. The goal of this lecture is to use a case-based approach to discuss the clinical application of each method.
