Evolutionary Medicine offers a fresh perspective on modern health by exploring how evolutionary biology explains disease vulnerability, chronic conditions, and health outcomes. Through the lens of natural selection, adaptation, and evolutionary trade-offs, healthcare professionals can better understand the roots of obesity, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and reproductive health challenges as consequences of mismatches between ancient biology and today's environment.
