AP Empowering Lives in Ocular Disease Management with Vision Rehabilitation

Course overview

While management and treatment of ocular diseases is crucial in our daily practice, management of functional vision is equally as important. How do our patients live with their vision loss? We must fully empower ourselves to practice to the highest of our training and licensure. We are also in a unique position to empower our patients to live independently and confidently by engaging vision rehabilitation. We can also empower our network of interprofessional colleagues to co-manage with us to ultimately better the lives of our mutual patients.
