It can be difficult to incorporate specialty services like low vision rehabilitation into a primary care practice modality. Barriers like lack of training, increased chair time, and uncertain billing strategy can limit the number of providers that provide this service. This talk aims to arm private practice optometrists with the knowledge and tools they need to overcome these barriers and begin incorporating low vision rehabilitation into their practice.
