Course overview

Many sight threatening ophthalmic conditions require urgent neuroimaging to guide treatment and management. Common clinical questions are how urgent is urgent, what tests should be ordered, and when does a patient need to be sent to the emergency department? This lecture will identify evidence-based clinical warning signs for when a patient should have emergent neuroimaging, with recommendations from a neuro-ophthalmologist.
