: This workshop reframes unregulated intoxicants, not as a substance problem, but as a problem of pattern. Utilizing a holistic framework, participants will explore the internal mechanics that drive escape-based behavior: emotional reflexes, inherited patterns, identity fragmentation, and unconscious survival strategies. Instead of focusing solely on substances, we will reveal the blueprint that makes certain individuals more vulnerable to numbing, stimulation, or disassociation. Through cinematic metaphors and practical tools, attendees will begin to learn to identify early signs, map pattern loops, and possibly intervene at the level where real change begins.
