CARE101 - The purpose of this course is to familiarize the learner with tools for becoming a healthcare professional. An overview of securing employment and requirements that each new employee will have to meet are discussed. The roles and responsibilities of being a person-centered caregiver are reviewed. Tips on how to be a good employee and a member of a team are provided, along with a discussion about professionalism and the importance of professional boundaries.
