UNDERSTANDING SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND MISCONDUCT

Course overview

All caregivers need to understand what sexual harassment is and what to do to avoid it or manage it if you are the victim. Sexual misconduct is covered in this 1 hour course as well. After completing this lesson, the student will be able to: understand appropriate and inappropriate sexual conduct with clients and coworkers; understand and abide by sexual harassment laws; know what to do if harassment happens to you; and understand and avoid actions that constitute sexual harassment or misconduct.
