BE POSITIVE: GOING THE EXTRA MILE

Course overview

This 1 hour course teaches students about the importance and skills needed to act and stay positive. The course uses real world examples and stories to help illustrate points related to the topic. In the course, students will follow Kendra, Ben as they learn. Students will also be able to test their skills relating to positive behaviors and how the difference between good and bad behaviors. After completing this lesson, the student will be able to: define what positive means; incorporate a positive behavior and attitude; understand how being positive relates to customer service.
