Course overview

This 1 hour course uses real world stories and examples to teach students about the importance and essential elements of reliability. The content walks the student through understanding of being truthful within communications as well as why its important to follow through and even go beyond the basics. After completing this lesson, the student will be able to: understand the basics of reliability; take steps to being a reliable caregiver; anticipate clients' needs.
