Course overview

MEDI301 - This course introduces the learner to the basics of medication management. The effects of age as it relates to the processing, quantity and effects of medications are presented. The six rights of medication service and the rights of the individual prescribed medication is provided. Strategies for a safe and efficient medication service is reviewed and learners are engaged in learning about the many methods of medication delivery.
