Course overview

The purpose of this course is to provide the participant with an overview of the principles of Lumbar Stabilization. The lecture format will introduce participants to the benefits of lumbar stabilization exercises and spinal stability for patients. Participants will review the role of certain musculature, patient classifications, and phases of exercise.
