INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT PLANS (ISP)

Course overview

The 1 hour course provides general information about the ISP planning process and the components of the ISP for clients with developmental disabilities. It reviews how long and short term goals are created, developing measureable objective or outcomes, and methods for assessing the strengths and needs of the individual for whom the ISP is written. The learner will understand how individual support plans are developed, how to create goals and measurable objectives and how to assess for strengths and needs of the client.
