Course overview

In this 1 hour course you will learn all about handling food safely and appropriately to make sure the people you are cooking for don't get sick. Foodborne illness is a serious matter and can result in death. In this course you will learn: about foodborne illness; how hand washing can protect those for whom you are preparing food; cooking temperatures; safe storage of foods and chemicals; and food handler and management roles.
