In this 1 hour course, we learn about your client's priorities in their living situation. Believe it or not, the number one complaint in a senior living community isn?t generally about care ? it?s about the food! Menu planning and food preparation are just a part of creating an outstanding food and beverage service. These courses will introduce you to creating an excellent food program as well as assisting people with eating. Making mealtime a pleasant, nutritious time is the goal.
