Course overview

During this course we will discuss Federal and local state guidelines on resident rights, preserving resident rights and addressing resident rights concerns. By the end of this course, you should be able to identify resident rights of a nursing home,understand your role in preserving resident rights, by promoting dignity and encouraging independence to enhance resident self-esteem and well-being and understand the significance of resident rights to dignity, independence, and well-being.
