Course overview
Many children who may be able to be diagnosed at a later date with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) might exhibit signs or diagnostic characteristics of ASD within their first 2 years of life. Important conditions to rule out before making a diagnosis of ASD will be discussed. Treatments and therapies which may be instituted before a diagnosis is made and which may even be helpful before a diagnosis is made will be covered.
