Discover the important details of the causes of PTSD and other anxiety disorders as well as the best massage protocol. This course will discuss the difference between PTSD and other anxiety disorders. Explore the deeper unknowns of PTSD from a military perspective and compare/contrast it with the civilian form. The reader will also learn the types of massage that are best suited for anxiety disorders and how to safely deliver a more effective treatment.
