Bullying can take form of repetitive acts of verbal aggression, hostility, criticism, or intimidation; it may be as subtle as increased scrutiny, ignoring (e.g., refusal to answer questions or take report on a patient), gossip, or sabotage designed to cause harm to a person¿s professional and/or social reputation.
