Course overview

Employee incentive programs (EIPs) use extrinsic reward systems to motivate desired employee behavior. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of EIPs including types of programs, the desired outcome of these programs, and potential consequences of improper implementation or management of EIPs. Readers may explore any or all of the topics. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
