NURSE STRESS INDEX (NSI)

Course overview

Work-related stress in nurses is a predictor of decreased job satisfaction, burnout, and poor performance. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of NSI, including domains of NSI, scoring of NSI, and nurse risk factors for stress. Readers may explore any or all of the topics. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
