Course overview

The National Health Service (NHS) and private sector healthcare organizations in the U.K. have traditionally recruited and employed FENs as needed to fill staffing needs. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of recruiting FENs emigrating to the U.K. including preparation of FENs, guidelines for the recruitment of FENs, needs of FENs emigrating to the U.S., and recruitment goals for healthcare organizations. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
