Course overview
Increasing employment of foreign-educated nurses has been suggested as a solution to the nursing shortage in the U.S. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of recruiting FENs emigrating to the U.S. including preparation of FENs, guidelines for the recruitment of FENs, needs of FENs emigrating to the U.S., and recruitment goals for healthcare organizations. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
