Course overview

There is a global nursing shortage that affects the ability of healthcare organizations to recruit and retain qualified nurses. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of professional recognition as it relates to the retention of healthcare personnel, including the impact of recognition on retention, demographic information, and outcome data to aid in retaining healthcare personnel. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
