EFFECTIVE MEETINGS: STRATEGIES

Course overview

Staff meetings are often necessary to disseminate pertinent organizational or departmental information in a timely manner and to enhance communication, discuss specific issues, solve problems, explore new activities, implement team building, and provide feedback. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of strategies for effective meetings. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
