Course overview

Multisource feedback (MSF) is a performance appraisal process in which an individual is assessed across a number of competencies by a multidisciplinary team. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of multisource feedback (MSF), a 360-degree assessment of professional skills, including information on the appraisal process using MSF, healthcare professional characteristics that are applicable to the use of MSF, and the impact of MSF on the role of the nurse manager. Readers may explore any or all of the topics. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
