In this training course, you will learn about the different types of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. Dementia, a general term for a decline in mental ability severe enough to interfere with daily life, is a broad term that describes a wide range of symptoms, all of which will be discussed throughout the course. We will also address the treatment options available and offer a variety of methods for supporting the people in your care.
