This inservice provides an overview of the types of difficult people your CNA¿s may have to work with on a daily basis...including clients, family members and coworkers. Includes information about why people may be difficult and/or combative, coping skills for working and communicating with these people and how your aides¿ behavior can improve or worsen the situation.
