Course overview
Allergen immunotherapy is a type of immunotherapy in which a patient with an allergic disorder receives serial vaccinations with small doses of an allergen in order to induce immunologic tolerance to the allergen. This continuing education module is designed to give the reader/learner an increased understanding of allergen immunotherapy. Readers may explore any or all of the topics. One contact hour of continuing education credit is available for those who successfully complete the post-test and evaluation form.
