REDUCING THE EVERYDAY RISKS FOR CHILDREN: CAR SEATS, FALLS AND BACKPACKS - SOD PT
Tracking # 20-485539
Course overview
Every parent must make decisions that will help keep their children safe. This is even more important when the parent has a special needs child. As a pediatric therapist it is imperative that we are able to guide the parents in making the most practical decision in preventative care. This course will discuss choosing the correct car seat, safety precautions to avoid a fall, and best practices for selecting and wearing a backpack. Sometimes covering the basics will impact a child's and families life, more than advanced care.
