Course overview

Many therapy patients are referred following a fall and/or injury related to a fall. This course discusses risk factors for falling (medications, physical impairments, etc¿), balance assessments, appropriate balance exercises, floor mobility activities and self-assessments following a fall. Real clients/patients sessions are used to demonstrate all activities discussed in a studio/home environment. This user-friendly program and exercises can be adopted into any program immediately.
