Course overview
Tissue-specific exercise can be thought of as the science of prescribing an accurate dosage of exercise. Tissue-specific exercise shows us to use our knowledge of exercise physiology to address the specific pathologic tissue conditions. For optimal outcomes, exercise dosage must not be assigned arbitrarily. It should be dosed accurately according to the physiology of the tissue(s) involved. This intermediate course teaches the underlying principles needed to properly administer tissue-specific exercises to achieve optimal results.
