UNDERSTANDING AND WORKING W/SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE

Course overview

After completion of this course the participants will be able to understand symptoms of survivors and how those symptoms impact the survivors day to day functions. Participants will be able to speak to the survivor in language that the survivor can understand and hopefully shatter some of the negative beliefs surrounding the survivors experience. Participants will understand mandatory reporting requirements and boundaries in assisting survivors.
